Breakfast session perfect for a mix of fun sports games with music and friends. The sessions provide a fun, energy boosting start to the day. Our aim is to ensure children head into lessons with a smile on their face, feeling ready for the day ahead. Studies have proved that exercise in the morning, …more before lessons, helps students to improve concentration throughout the day and regulate emotions. Please note: Children should either have breakfast before arriving or bring a breakfast bar with them to eat at the session. Reception + KS1 will then be walked to their class, whereas KS2 may make their way to meet their teacher ready to start the day. less
