TERMS & CONDITIONS

- 8BY8 Football Ltd or any of their staff, are not responsible for any loss of property or belongings during classes, courses or camps.
- 8BY8 Football Ltd reserve the right to remove from our program, and without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration, and keep us up to date should this change, by emailing us at info@8-by-8.co.uk.
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing purposes, and to keep us up to date should this change, using the given email address.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will always be given priority, so do ensure payment is made in good time before a term commences.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
- We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances, with the exception of a long-term illness diagnosis (doctor's note may be required).
- When booking a new half term block, the full payment is applicable, and we cannot reduce your invoice to take into account any holidays etc.
- If you decide to cancel part way through a block booking, 50% refund of the remaining sessions will be given. However, if your child has attended more than half the block, there will be no refund.
- If a date is declared a Bank Holiday (in addition to standard annual Bank Holidays) after a block has been booked, this session is non-refundable.
- 8BY8 Football Ltd and their staff are not responsible for any injury sustained during their sessions, classes, courses or camps. However, our coaches are fully qualified and insured to deal with any first aid situations that may occur.
- If a session has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control (such as due to adverse weather conditions), this is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed by us (and it is completely at our discretion).
TERMS & CONDITIONS - HOLIDAY COURSES
- All children must be registered on arrival, and checked out at pick-up.
- If a child is to travel to/from the course alone, written consent from a parent/guardian must be provided in advance.
- If your child suffers from any medical condition, these must be detailed on your booking - all medicines must be clearly labelled with your child's name, and signed in with the coaches on arrival to the course.
- Holiday courses take place outdoors. However, in inclement weather, there is cover indoors or under gazebos.
- Children must be booked on to courses in advance. 8BY8 Football Ltd cannot accept payment on arrival. Should you arrive having not booked on, you will be asked to visit our website to complete the booking process, before your child enters the holiday course.
- If your child cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Notification received 14 days prior to the course commencing will be fully refunded. Notification received with less than 14 days notice will generally not receive a refund. It is however at the coach's discretion to allow a booking date to be moved to another day, or a credit held on account for a future booking.
- In the event of a course having to be cancelled by 8BY8 Football Ltd, a full refund will be given.
- 8BY8 Football Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Should a child require basic first aid treatment, coaches are first aid trained and will administer treatment where necessary. Should it be deemed emergency first aid, emergency services will be contacted, in order that the child can be admitted to hospital for further treatment if required.
